Location: Stourbridge, United Kingdom (Remote work available)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and build communities across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and features on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management (2+ years).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.

2. Digital PR Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Digital PR Specialist to manage and enhance the online reputation of our clients. This role involves creating and distributing content, securing media coverage, and handling public relations crises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and media coverage.
  • Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
